Shropshire Blue
The cheese was first made in the 1970′s at the Castle Stuart dairy in Inverness. It is a soft blue cheese made from pasturised cows milk, it has a deep orange brown colour, natural rind and a strong sharp flavour with a slightly tangy aroma.

“Real Yorkshire” Wensleydale
Handcrafted at the Wensleydale Creamery to a time honoured recipe using milk from cows grazing the sweet limestone meadows.
This cheese has a mild, fresh, clean flavour and a honeyed aftertaste with a crumbly, flaky texture.

Tymsboro
This pyramid shaped goats cheese is covered in ash & white mould, has a fluffy curdy texture with a little softening under the rind and a lemony almond taste
