Head Chef Thomas Samworth’s infectious enthusiasm for food filters down through his team of dedicated Chefs. With this drive and burning ambition they are constantly creating new dishes keeping the menus fresh and exciting.

Thomas takes time to source quality local suppliers which allows him to obtain the best produce of the season. Some of the ones he has found invaluable are White Peak Butchery, J. Wilde Rare Breed Meats, Middleton Dairies and the Derbyshire Mushroom Company.
